This approach ensures that students who require additional support receive targeted assistance, while those seeking greater challenges have access to extension programs and enrichment opportunities. By catering to different learning styles and abilities, we aim to foster a positive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
Leadership Opportunities
Students have a variety of leadership opportunities to develop their skills and contribute to the school community, including roles such as School Captains, who represent the school and lead at events; School Prefects, who support school activities and help maintain a positive environment; House Captains, who lead their houses in competitions and promote team spirit; and members of the School Representative Council (SRC), who advocate for students, organise events, and participate in school decision-making. These positions foster responsibility, teamwork, and communication, helping students grow as confident and engaged leaders.

Small Group Tuition
Our school provides small group tuition tailored to support students' phonemic awareness and reading skills through the Minilit and InitiaLit literacy programs. These targeted programs are designed to strengthen foundational literacy skills by addressing individual learning needs in a focused setting. By providing personalised support in a small group environment, we help students build confidence, improve their reading abilities, and develop a strong foundation for ongoing academic success.

Personalised Learning Support Plans
Our school offers Personalised Learning and Support Plans for students requiring additional assistance to achieve their individual goals. These plans are carefully tailored to address each student’s unique learning needs, providing targeted strategies and resources to support their progress. Through ongoing monitoring and collaboration with students, families, and educators, we ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed and reach their full potential.

Community Access
Students in the Support Unit participate in the Community Access Program, which provides valuable opportunities to develop practical skills in real-world settings.
