During Week 9, we are planning to host a K-6 Book Character Parade.
Students are encouraged to dress up as their favourite storybook characters. Please encourage them to make their own costumes where possible. It will be in the main hall and each class will walk in the parade.
We will be choosing the best costume from each Stage based on the effort, creativity and design of the costume. The best costume from each grade will receive a book voucher to spend at the book fair.
Book Vouches will be awarded as below.
K-2 best costume - $20 Book Voucher
Stage 2 best costume - $20 Book Voucher
Stage 3 best costume - $20 Book Voucher
Support Unit - $20 Book Voucher
Parents are welcome to attend. After the Book Parade they can have a picnic lunch with their children and drop in at the Book Fair.

For safety and security reasons, violent or frightening costumes are not acceptable. No toy weapons or dangerous-looking items will be permitted to accompany a costume.
